At the Borum, we offer quality, open care to young adults ages 12–29 who need a health center that really gets them. Come see us for your primary care and for connection to the services you need, including health care. Call 617.457.8140 to make an appointment.

Monday 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday 8:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday 1 to 7 p.m.
Thursday 8:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Patients can use MyBorum.org to request prescription refills and referrals online, and communicate over email with some Sidney Borum, Jr. Health Center providers. Get help creating a MyBorum account here.
Call 617.457.8140 to schedule an appointment or apply for health care coverage. Borum patients can call us before and after hours and on weekends with any clinical concerns, but please call 911 if you have a health care emergency.

Important notice for patients who use our showers.
Starting on November 23, patients will be able to use the showers at the Borum only on Wednesday mornings
from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in 20 minute increments. Shower usage will be on a first come, first served basis. Questions? Call us at 617.457.8140 or ask someone the next time you stop in.
