Primary Care

Primary care means that we can be your regular everyday health care provider. If you have a fever, need a school physical, vaccinations, specialist referral, or just a check up, come to us.

Who We Are:

  • Greg Fenton, MD
  • Karla Hoxha Brown , NP
  • Ralph Vetters , MD
  • Molly McHenry, NP

We are available for walk-in visits, same day appointments, and scheduled appointments.

We take care of urgent problems like strep throat and other infections, chronic issues like asthma, and regular health screenings for things like cholesterol checks and annual pap smears.

We refer our patients to specialists at Harvard University-affiliated hospitals: Children’s Hospital Boston and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

You can get free, confidential HIV tests, including rapid tests, at the Borum. We also offer rapid testing for Hepatitis C.

We provide family planning, birth control, emergency contraception, and STD tests for teenagers and young adults. For teenagers we are usually able to provide confidential birth control as well as STD tests for free.

We are dedicated to providing sensitive, respectful and appropriate care to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBT) youth and young adults.

For our transgender patients we believe in a wellness model that supports appropriate hormone treatment and recognizes the dignity of all individuals.

We provide state-of-the-art HIV and AIDScare from day-to-day as well as in urgent situations.

Grant support from Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) allows us to provide many of our confidential free services. Ask us for more information.
